Our team is admitted to practice in New York State and all four U.S. District Courts within the State of New York. We are members of the New York State Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association, the New York Women's Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the National Crime Victim Bar Association, among other professional associations of attorneys and allied professionals.
Our firm has extensive experience advocating on behalf of our clients in and out of the courtroom. We represent survivors of child sexual abuse, sexual harassment, and sexual assault. We have brought numerous cases pursuant to the New York State Child Victims Act. We also have extensive experience in Entertainment, Media, and Small Business law, including Production Contracts, Intellectual Property, Negotiation, and Business Advice.
Our attorneys have been recognized for outstanding contributions to a variety of pro bono programs. We are frequently invited to speak at events, including the New York State Bar Association’s Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section, Media Law Committee, and on the topic of Diversity and Inclusion. Our firm conducts training and educational seminars for nonprofits and government entities on the New York State Child Victims Act and how to represent crime victims.

Our practice meets at the intersection of entertainment law and representing survivors of sexual abuse and violence. The recent public outcry surrounding high profile sex abusers helped us realize that our practices were complimentary of each other. Anne and Kat met at a New York City Bar Association event and began supporting each other’s practices.
